Import Export Staff

- Contact with FWD to arrange booking
- Prepare and send shipping docs to Sales team
- Storage export documents
- Submit SI and checking B/L
- Contact with service company arrange loading schedule
- Prepare documents to lift off container
- Make monthly report related to export and import shipments
- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Updated all laws, regulations on tax, import and export.
- Follow up with warehouse to make the balance material
- Other tasks as requirements.
