Hub Manager (Đức Trọng - Lâm Đồng)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage overall operation of the hub from inbounding products from suppliers, conducting QC, arranging and transfering products to assigned locations in HCMC.

- Hire, manage staffs and solve issues happening in the hub to ensure smooth operation.

- Design team KPI and ensure team performance is on track.

- Identify operational issue, come up with solutions to improve productivity.

- Manage staff, assign working days and day offs of whole hub team.

- Manage cost according to company plan of the hub.

- Collaborate with Supply Chain Team to ensure suppliers deliver on time with expected product specs and ensure product departuring for HCMC at expected time.

- Monitor and enhance quality control in the hub and during the transfering process to HCMC.

- Collaborate with HCM team to identify problem happening to the product or transportation issue.

- Manage layouts, facilities, purchase equipments in the hub.

- Prepare ahead on resource and facilities based on development plan of the the hub.

- Collaborate with central team to take care of other non-operational issue related to legal, rental, paperwork or the like.

Qualifications/Requirement

- Native in Vietnamese and Business English

- Hometown is in Duc Trong, Lam Dong is prefered

- Experienced in warehouse operation and vegetable

- 3+ years in similar roles

- Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, eager to learn new things.

- Good communication skills, hard and smart working, enthusiasm.

Salary & Benefit

- Competitive Salary & 13-month bonus

- 2 month probation (100% salary within probation)

- Working 6 days / week, 8 hours / day

- Work address: Kamereo hub in Duc Trong, Lam Dong

- Annual Leave is 12 days/year (using after probation period)
