  • Be able to take charge of 100 to 150 employee full life cycle in the company, equal to 2-3 clubs
  • Work closely with DH and CCM, CM to understand their human resources needs which supports their business objectives and development plan
  • Outline HR agenda and strategy by month, quarter or year for group, department or club that you are in charge
  • Review and develop HR policies and practices to meet with business requirement and human resources management trends and metrics
  • Conduct and/or join weekly meetings with respective business units to consult with line management proving HR guidance when appropriate


  • Conduct recruitment process from posting, searching to hiring a right candidates
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit structures, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Provide day to day performance management guidance to line managers such as coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions
  • Work with Learning & Development team for career plan and road map for employee


  • Keep and file human resources file up to date and tidily. Develop contract terms for new hires, promotion and transfers
  • Assist expats with assignments and related HR matters
  • Involve in employee appraisal and development plan
  • Improve and monitor employee productivity including but not limiting to checking employee work attendance, productivity, reviewing and updating their JD, KPIs or OKRs
  • Structure compensation and benefits packages. Work with C&B team to shape and update periodically salary table, policy and structure
  • Manage staff wellness, diversity and inclusion
  • Improve relation between staff and employers, staff morale via different activities and initiatives
  • Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations to resolve personnel grievances
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-today management of employees, reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance


  • Support HRM to develop yearly HR plan and monitor HR activities of business units that he/she is in charge
  • Control HR budget and contribute to attaining business goals

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Foreign Language or related fields with track record in Human Resource field
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office


  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees to managers, directors
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
  • Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of labour law, social insurance law, and related law and be able to comprehend ad apply application laws in each circumstance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, solution driven mindset
  • Adaption and ability to acquire new knowledge fast
