Mô tả công việc:

• Partner with line managers to determine business and leadership development needs to achieve organizational opportunities
• Providing input to line managers with HR insight about people related business issues/opportunities such as: people capabilities, productivity, organization, work relationship, culture…;
• Interacting with Officer, HR to ensure best employment services for employees including but not limited to hiring and selection, training, compensation and benefit;
• Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance. Assisting manager to identify gaps, propose and implement change initiatives necessary to cover risks;
• Driving engagement and employee relations activities in the functions. Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances;

Yêu cầu công việc:

* Education: University graduated (fields of Administration, Human resources, Language, and Law)
* Work Experience: 
- 5 years of experience;
- Experience working in manufacturing company;
* Other requirement:
1. Expertise in HR Management
2. Strategic, conceptual and analytical skills, ability to drive continuous improvement
3. Organizational behavior
4. Demonstrates openness and acceptance to others’ ideas Motivate and drive for results
5. Good coaching, consulting, and facilitation skill
6. Excellent English skills/public speaking
7. Ability to handle various affairs in emergency
