Việc làm Hồ Chí MinhFront desk tasks:
Attend to all walk-in customers, phone calls and email enquiries, discuss their needs and identify appropriate services and information, referring their queries to the relevant HR staff member , and follow up to ensure the queries have been dealt with.
Provide general advice regarding HR policies, procedures and services either in person or via email.
Largely in charge of the HR mailbox (HR Ticketing system) to assign/refer tickets to the relevant HR staff member, and provide follow up with them to make sure the tickets are resolved.
Assist with the update of staff information in the human resources information system (HRIS).
Monitor the Staff Concerns Log, coordinate with relevant Schools/ Divisions for appropriate course of actions and provide the timely feedback to staff concerned.
Perform admin tasks (e.g. employment certification, prepare documentation to support staff for customs clearance, handle internal ad-hoc requests).
Departmental administration tasks:
Departmental administrative tasks as and when required
Coordinate department/team meeting: sending meeting invitations, booking meeting rooms;
Prepare payment request, purchasing order, and alike.
General support:
Support other HR staff members with specific assigned tasks and activities.
Provide back up support for other HR staff members as and when required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Human Resources being desirable.
At least one year of relevant experience in a similar administration related role, where customer service is a key priority.
General understanding and familiarity with the role of the ‘modern’ HR and HR practices.
Demonstrated effectiveness in understanding, applying and explaining sometimes complex policies, procedures and rules to foreign and Vietnamese staff.
High level of accuracy and confidentiality in all correspondence and administrative documents adhering to the University and department standards;
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to set priorities and to work effectively to meet a variety of deadlines. .
Initiative, sound judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Well-developed interpersonal communication skills, including cross cultural communication.
Demonstrated ability to write and speak clearly in both the Vietnamese and English language
Excellent customer service skills.

Attractive salary package with base salary starting from VND 13,400,000 VND gross per month
