…be in charge of the HR department and work closely with the CEO to ensure we find the right talent at the right time. Talent Acquisition is key for this role
…make sure that the onboarding process as well as any other HR company process is welcoming and operating smoothly internally.
…be responsible for company turnover rate and internal net promoter score by creating an awesome working environment – the Why we know already, help us find the What and implement the How.
…will manage and work together with the C&B team to make a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and trend analysis, ; keep the strategy up to date as well as be a part of the future.
…be a part of all aspects of the team, you will be a part of the management team where we all have all the company team members’ best interests in mind.
…ensure the organization complies with labor law, and government regulations, and supports our foreign talents as well as our local stars.
…ensure all company HR policies are continuously improved, implemented and according to business needs.
So briefly said, you will partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives, work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to ensure the HR department is successful and attract new talents as well as make sure our in-house team is being well taken care of.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Laws, Psychology, English, or any other related academics.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources especially within the field of Talent Acquisition and 2 years of experience as a manager.
- Your talent network should be great, just as your credibility and possibility to attract team members.
- At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment position from the IT industry
- Expert level knowledge in the entire life-cycle recruiting components, including search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, assessment, candidate relationship management, compensation, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication both in English & Vietnamese, if you also possess great presentation, analytical, and people management skills then even better.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage time productively and to handle multiple tasks with excellent results.
- Good interpersonal & problem-solving skills.
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
■Salary in NET/gross : 1000-1500$ gross
■Working time: Mon-Fri (8:30 - 17:30) , Không có OT. OT theo luật
