Hr Manager

1. Set up, executive and manage company’s HR system;
2. Control C&B part (salary / Social Insurance / bonus);
3. Take care of Personal Accident and Health Insurance;
4. Develop and implement HR strategy planning, training, policies, internal regulations;
5. Build up HR policies and procedures, company regulations, salary scale;
6. Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions;
7. Set-up, guide and control the staff performance assessment program;
8. Maintain &update employees' records-insurance coverage, labor contract and the other personnel documents;
9. Solve problems about labor relation and disciplines;
10. PIT report monthly, quarterly and PIT Finalization; 
11. Preparation for annual budgets;
12. Celebrate the year-end party, company trip, outdoor, & snack party….. 
13. Manage Security Team
14. Perform other functions when be required by General Director.
15. Represent company to solve with the government;

1. Graduate from University
2. Have over 2 year experience in position of HR manager
3. Good communication in English or Japanese
4. Gender: Priority for male
5. Candidates who have knowledge/ experience in mechanical field will be more preferable
