Việc làm Hồ Chí Minh
Office Admin (70% workload):
• Being charge of operations activities to ensure the office operate effectively & smoothly including : keeping working environment always being fresh, ordering relevant outsource in case of problems related to office operations, etc.
• Welcoming guest, arranging meeting room
• Following up & making payment request operations expenses monthly including : drinking water, comsumable, stationery, electric bill, rental office fee, etc.
• Providing logistic support for staff travel: booking accommodation, airticket, etc
• Processing procurement procedures comply with Company’s procument policy
• Arranging: annual health check up, company trip, social events in company (including: staff birthday, year end party, etc)
• Working as a focal person to contact with service suppliers: IT service, cleaning service, Internet service, etc
• Other tasks assigned by GA Leaders
HR (30% workload):
C&B:
• Being incharge of monthly salary payment, SHUI and Tax Report (quarterly/annually)
• Proceed and fulfill salary’s relevant paperwork: Labor Contract, Salary Adjustment Decision,..
• Following staff movement monthly
• Being incharge Trade Union
Recruitment:
• Being incharge of recruitment procedures: Posting Job, finding other channels to find out potential CVs, interview processing, etc.
• Being incharge of onboarding & offboarding procedures
Training & Development:
• HR orientation for new staffs
• Working closely with HODs to oganize internal training courses for staffs
• Supporting to HODs conduct performance annual review
QUALIFICATIONS
- Having 02 years of relevant field
- Having good knowledge in Labor Law, Social Security Law
- Good experience in payroll, SHUI tasks, PIT finalization, Tax reports, Labor Report, Trade Union operation.
- Open mindset, independent working skills, smart working skills.
- Good English communication
