Hospitality Management Lecturer (F&B)

Duties:
• Deliver lectures, training and tutorials that related to F&B assigned and reviewed by the Head of Department. Training will be delivered in English and Vietnamese on campus at CitySmart Hotel Management (CHM) or on-the-job in industry as required and staffed by the Head of Department;
• Develop and/or implement new methods of teaching to encourage active learning;
• Contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum;
• Assess students' work and marking examinations;
• Participate in consulting and training course design for the industry;
• Participate in student enrolment seminars and school promotional events;
• Supervise industry internship partners and follow the progress of student internship program;
• Undertake continuous professional development and participate in staff training activities.
• Contribute to professional conferences and seminars, and represent CHM at these if required.

Requirements of the role
Essential
• Vietnamese must be required
• Bachelors or Master degree in related field
• Fluent English speaking
• Previous experience or desire to deliver training/ lecture
