    Currently we're looking for Head of Sales who will be based in Ho Chi Minh City that focuses on achieving volume, OCI and market share targets by managing and controlling all Sales functions. Also develops, implements strategies and action plans that result in and enable the PM to grow its market position.
    Your 'day to day':
    • Ensure that agreed sales volumes and financial targets are achieved for PM products. Set clear objectives and deliver results that are consistent with goals.
    • Plan, define and suggest sales long range strategic priorities for the country and participate/assist in development of annual and strategic plans. Evaluate and design RTM to drive efficient coverage expansion (with optimal investment) to deliver the business target.
    • Analyze sales through different trade channels. Assess and identify channel opportunities and prioritize resources against these. Select, develop, and educate major retail organizations (both wholesale and retail) to assist in their business development and take actions as needed to ensure that the trade structure supports PM's long-term sales strategy.
    • Develop and implement a strong Distributor management plan with the aim to build long lasting relations in growing and expanding the business.
    • Monitoring all price activities of PM and competitive brands and make recommendations for possible changes in the PM pricing architecture. Ensure careful follow of PM pricing strategies.

    Who we're looking for:
    • Solid experience working at Sales Head for companies with over 200 employees, preferably in the FMCG industry.
    • Good understanding and working experience in digital B2B2C (advantage).
    • Strategic thinking, strong analytical and agile problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills - fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
    • Strong collaboration skills and agile.
    • Strong drive to achieve and growth / innovation mindset.
