Head Of Demand Planning

• Ensures a consistent monthly demand plan and helps the formulation of demand/sales predictions by leading and coordinating the S&OP process.
• Leads the collection of data and analysis to ensure uptime. Recommends inventory/stock strategy and policy setting for products.
• Manage cost and transaction of all stores, track performance, inventory forecast and linked to company’s system daily monthly, etc
• Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function
• Lead monthly S&OP process for assigned brands including maintaining baseline/ statistical forecasts, collecting sales, trade marketing and brand marketing forecast drives and highlighting changes and drivers in the plan to key stakeholders
• Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
• Track Forecast KPIs including bias, accuracy and forecast value add. Use these KPIs to drive improvements
• Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales, trade marketing and marketing assumptions
• Utilise a collaborative consensus approach by working with sales, marketing, trade marketing and finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information are used for demand forecasts.

• English: Good, only Vietnamese
• Excellent and good knowledge of Excel, passionate about working with a large set of numbers
• At least 10 years experiences in demand planning in international manufacturing company, prefer background in FMCG, F&B
• High level of Analytical

• Excellent communication to work with other stakeholders, problem solving andorganizational skills
