  • Make sure to cook the dishes according to the Company's Brand/restaurant
  • Create new initiatives and suggestions to adjust the menu to suit the restaurant
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the fastest dishes to serve customers
  • Control food quality and expiration date of spices to ensure food hygiene and safety.
  • Cost control, material norms, gas cost savings....
  • Responsible for the quality of the food
  • Coordinate with other departments to create the cost of food
  • Other jobs from the Board of Directors

    • Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male or female aged 30 to 50 years:
  • Fluent in English or Korean
  • Over 5years of cooking experience in restaurants, especially high-end Korean restaurants
  • Education: College/University majoring in restaurant, hotel
  • Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to lead, manage and coach a team of professional employees
  • Honesty, enthusiasm, and proactive quick handling of arising problems with the most optimal efficiency.
