Mô tả công việc
o Assist Brand Manager/ Group Brand Manager to develop brand strategies
o Monitor brand equity effectively
o Contribute idea and manage new product development, including: product concept, packaging, formula
o Launch product on time and meet original objective
Advertising and promotion:
o Plan and monitor implementation of A&P activities
o Achieve KPIs
Brand performance monitoring:
o Manage brand P&L and analyze performance to propose counteraction plan
o Achieve brand profitability and sales target
o Guide and support subordinates to achieve job expectation
o Team members achieve their job expectations
■Salary in Gross: 20 - 25 mil Net Vnd
Mon-Fri： 7:45 am-17:30pm
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 4 years in FMCG Companies (Cosmetic, Body care…), with 2 years at JBM
- Internally and externally recognized and valued as an expert in own field
- Possess a recognized degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Branding…
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, power point)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese language.
- Team player in planning and organization
- Delegation, control, integrity, decisiveness & analysis
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Bonus 2 times/per year (~ around 2.5 monthly net salary total) (February and august)
- Review Salary : 1 time per year.
