Mô tả công việc:

  • Greet guests at all times in a friendly and helpful manner, and make an effort to use the guest’s name whenever possible.
  • Register and assign rooms for all arrivals according to established procedures.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of departmental standards and procedures.
  • Perform check-in, check-out and room change procedures, and ensure all data are accurately entered into the hotel system in accordance with reservation policies.
  • Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily reporting of all money received.
  • Process guest personal and traveler checks, and assist with currency exchange.
  • Stay updated on all modifications to accounting policies and procedures.
  • Attend to guest requests related to safe box usage at all times.
  • Be knowledgeable of special promotions and loyalty programs, such as seasonal packages, frequent flyer programs, and hotel loyalty systems.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints and requests; escalate to supervisor/Duty Manager when necessary.
  • Ensure guests depart with a positive impression of the hotel’s service.
  • Perform audit balances and prepare all required documentation in an orderly fashion.
  • On night shift, check night reports, prepare morning reports, and ready all necessary forms for guest arrivals.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of reservation procedures, system functions, forms and availability sources.
  • Uphold department standards of behavior, appearance and attitude as expected within the hotel.
  • Ensure the front desk work area is clean, orderly, and professional at all times.
  • Follow emergency evacuation and fire procedures relevant to the department.
  • Perform any other tasks as required based on business needs

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
