- Coordinates and build up the syllabus for English training.
- Classroom Management
- Conducts English training sessions, including general English and job specific English the resort's associates
- Tracks training progress and follows up department training coordinators to keep them on track, and ensures complete implementation of training plan in a timely productive manner
- Plan and deliver schemes of work and lessons that meet the requirements of hotel
- Be a role model for students, inspiring them to be actively interested in English
- To ensure the effective/efficient deployment of classroom support
- Bachelor degree
- Having experiences English Teacher.
- Good leadership, organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication, good presentation.
