Human Resource:
• Recruitment: manage recruitment for all positions.
• Merit & Performance: assist the process of Employee Performance Evaluation annually. Handle post-Merit process with employees, compulsory procedure by Labor Law or Social Insurance Law.
• Training & Development: co-ordinate with Department Head to plan for training for key positions, or Mind-set training for Employee Team Building. Co-ordinate with HR Corp/Regional to launch & manage HR programs.
• Employee Benefits: manage all employee benefits program
• Compensation: manage Payroll for employee based on Attendant/Absence report.
• Employee profile: manage employee profile by SAP
• Cultural Activities: make sure all activities are well plan and well prepared, running smoothly to get the highest satisfaction from employees.
• Labor relationship: supervise HR Assistant to perform procedures regarding to Labor Contract, Social Insurance, Trade Union, Labor Report to DOLISA, Personal Income Tax & handle Annual Tax Finalization, etc.
• Planning & Budgeting: in-charged in HR planning for following year based on company strategy. Propose & manage the approved budget of HR/Admin to be effectively spent for a year.
• Any other tasks assigned by immediate Supervisor
• Office Administration:
• Office operations: manage office supplies, equipment to ensure a smooth operation. Manage cost to be spent effectively.
• Employee Admin: supervise HR assistant to perform employee administration issue likes business trip, or expat Work permit, residential card, apartment leasing.
• Any other tasks assigned by Finance Controller
Working time:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Bachelor of HR Management, Business Administration, Marketing
- At least 5 years experience of HR-related experience in foreign companies.
- Good understanding of insurance procedure with Vietnamese Labor Code and insurance law, PIT law.
- Good understand employee relation issues like Disciplinary, Absence, Performance & Development, Redundancy, etc.
- Hardworking, Flexible & organized skills, Friendly, Reliable, Independent, Considerate & Self-motivated personality
- Very energetic and passionate to engage everyone into social activities.
- Good English, good skills of Microsoft office programs.
- Good communication and organization
- Having chances to get attractive company bonus every month/year
- Company trip once a year + joining party.
- Salary and position is reviewed 1 time a year.
