Việc làm Hà Nội Việc làm Cầu GiấyOverall responsibility for operation of Logistics, Warehouse and Procurement for Vietnam (Both North and South of Vietnam)
Be responsible for direct, manage, implement all Import-Export, purchasing of all goods/ products at the company to compliance with requirement from the law, corporate and company.
Be responsible for implement the supply chain , warehouse activities .
Be responsible for make and execution the strategic plan for logistics to achieve and exceed the Area/Country’s strategic revenue and profit objectives
a. Responsible for overseeing the Logistics Process: import-export process, Supply chain management process, inventory management process. Ensure Logistics Department complies with ISO 9001 requirement
b. Ensure Country is in compliance with the most updated corporate‘s policy, Vietnam laws, regulations regarding Import-Export, transportation
c. Ensure that ERP system (SAP … (If any) and related systems are maintained, updated on truly, timely basis. Use the systems for KPI reporting on regular basis
d. Manage and lead logistics team to champion best practices, business processes and disciplines in logistics related activities: Parts/ATM demand planning, Procurement, Inventory management, Supply chain management, Cost effective
e. Develop and maintain transportation system on domestic and international freight that ensure business needs( Sale /Service needs ) are met
f. Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of ATM/Parts dispatching from warehouse to customer’s assigned site in achieving customer demand and minimizing cost impacts to Diebold
g. Establish KPIs, monitor ongoing performance, and improve performance against set goals .Coach ,Motivate, Organize and Encourage team work within JD/ Workforce to ensure set productivity target are met .Optimized Logistic organization for better overall performance(Direct the hiring/ training new staff and performance evaluations of staff/ Logistic category).
h. Lead Logistics team to strengthen Talent Development within the organization. This includes; to assess the organizational learning and development needs, ensure talent development plans are prepared and implemented and assist in succession planning and associate career management
i. Interface as necessary with Regional / other Departments regarding project programs implementation
Leading and/or providing resources in Global/regional logistics projects as required from time to time
a. Start date: Can start working as soon as possible.
b. Requirement:
- Qualification: Graduate or Post graduate degree in Business or Transportation /Logistics management or equivalent.
- Year of Experience and Field of Experience: Minimum 5 years of working experience in Logistics field with more than 2 years as logistics Leader in a large Sales & Service organization.
Additional Logistics Experience in supporting Banking, Trading, Engineering and Manufacturing functions is preferred
- Knowledge & skills:
+ Wide exposure and knowledge of management systems, safety regulation, transportation principles and methods, processing, warehousing and management, supply chain;
+ Language: English good at 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Writing and Reading
+ Computer literacy and experience with computerized information (including spreadsheets, databases), familiar with software packages under Windows and E-mail
+ Good knowledge in SAP system, transportation/ Forwarding control and supply chain management;
+ Good computer skill, have experience to work in SAP system.
+ Ability to perform routine mathematical calculation;
+ Proactive, diligent and results oriented;
+ Honest and independent and good problem solving skills;
+ Able to manage multiple priorities, to work to deadlines, being well-organized and systematic;
+ Ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization;
+ Creative, forward thinker and excellent team player;
+ Careful, accountable, responsible and punctual.
