Build up Marketing and Communication strategies that are relevant & impactful for . Ensure Performance-oriented 360 marketing plans that are consistent & coherent to brand image.
Responsibilities:
1. Planing:
· Prepare budgets, reports and forecasts in a timely manner.
· Participate in annual budget Plan/ Update cycle
· Achieve forecast accuracy and new products launch KPI targets.
· Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures.
· Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and develop action plans to address them.
· Support Business Excellence recertification and sustain business excellence standards.
2. Branding & Marketing Strategy:
· Define overall Brand & Marketing strategy with clear Communication Plans- through Traditional, Digital & Social (Influencers) platforms
· Responsible for coherent and consistent one The Craft House brand image
· Ensure efficient use of Vietnam A&P Budgets to deliver maximum Brand Amplification
· Drive meaningful partnerships/tie-ups to enhance brand relevancy
· Update products, market and competition. Sales analysis. Adoption of corrective actions. Evaluation of new market and business opportunities.
· Identify, analyze, and translate product, brand, customer, consumer, and competitive information into marketing plans. Ensure all materials and activities are aligned with and executed in accordance with the larger, strategic plan.
· Keep abreast of the market dynamics, competition, products, disease states, therapeutic area, and current research, and use this information to create a compelling message for the target audience.
3. PR, Media & Social (ATL):
· Define, Formulate & Strategize Media investments for Vietnam market to ensure impactful visibility through Traditional, Digital & Social channels
· Develop performance oriented digital strategy that drives relevant traffic online
· Manage & maintain good relationships with Press to ensure strong editorial coverage or other platforms
· Motivate & manage PR to deliver high visibility in 3 categories
· Engage & develop clear influencer strategy for Vietnam to maximize the brand’s buzz on social platforms
4. Trade Marketing (BTL):
· Develop & implement events that are ROI driven
· Events include: KCP related In-store events, Pop-Up, Trunk Shows, Event, Media Tie-ups, Workshop.
· Attention to details & Excellence in execution of events to ensure The Craft House’s brand image is impeccable
· Work in alignment with Omni-channel team on clients support during Events/ Promotion.
· Drive footfall through activities, promotion in-out store.
· Effectively manage marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the product to achieve short and long term business objectives; including revenue, sales, profit and market share targets.
· Form partnerships with Mall/ Department’s marketing teams to develop impactful marketing initiatives
A Bachelor Degree in Marketing or a related field
· At least 05 years of relevant working experience in a leadership role
· Strong knowledge on Marketing & Communications processes and tools
· Proven brand builder with strong analytical skills
· Customer-oriented and possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
· Knowledge of retail business
· High level of ethics and integrity
· Ability to work independently and a problem-solver
· Ability to deal with challenges with good disposition
