Mô tả công việc:

· Mobilize, arrange department staff to fulfil responsibilities;

· Organize, arrange offices and office facilities to make sure they are in working condition;

· Recommend ideas to General Director or other departments to ensure operation efficiency

· Manage company HR activities;

· Establish, plan for and manage HR policies.

· Provide Management and other employees with guidance in Labour Law and company HR policies;

· Recruit employees based on requests from all departments.

· Submit to Government authorities correct and sufficient reports.

· Attend training sessions to the request of governing body (HEPZA);

· Co-operate with other departments within authorized responsibilities;

· Implement policies/benefits for employees in a timely manner and on legal basis;

· Review department staff performance periodically;

· Work with governmental bodies (HEPZA, TTC, Social Insurance)

· Compose notices on Human resource and Administration;

· Manage the distribution and purchase requests of stationery;

· Oversee and proceed for visa and labour permit applications;

· Oversee Kitchen activities.

· Ensure employee wages are timely and properly paid;

· Submit to functional authorities correct and sufficient reports.

· Settle employee resignation/leave policies properly and timely;

Co-ordinate with other departments in employee performance reviews

Yêu cầu công việc:

·         Knowledge of Labour Law and related legal writings

·         Management experience, communication skills (writing and conversation)

·         English fluency is necessary.

·         Good organization and prioritization of work and archives

·         Good skills for office computer applications

·         Carefulness, considerateness and patience

·         University degree in relevant discipline

·         At least 4 years experience in administration.
