General Manager (Fmcg/Cosmetic)

Managers have a management perspective and are responsible for maximizing team performance. This position goes beyond individual achievement and accelerates the growth of the entire organization.

In addition, the manager position we are recruiting for will be a leadership position that will oversee not only the sales department, but all other departments.

■Goal setting and strategy planning
・ Setting goals and planning for teams and departments (half-yearly)
・ Planning and implementing strategies to improve business performance (including new business development)

■ Business management and progress
・ Optimizing and streamlining business processes
・ Managing member progress and evaluating results (Across the board )

■ Member management and training
・ Guidance and training of subordinates, evaluation and feedback
・ Motivation and team building

■ Internal and external coordination and reporting
・ Coordination with other departments
・ Reporting to management and decision-making support

■ Problem solving and risk management
・ Identifying issues and problems and implementing countermeasures
・ Predicting and managing business risks

MUST
- Around 10 years of experience in FMCG ( GT, MT market both necessary)
- Ability to manage departments across the board
- Self-reflection
- Logical and able to grasp the overall picture of the business
- Flexible thinking for new challenges or situations
