Mô tả công việc

• Manage STREETS food & beverage enterprise operations, including front and back-of-house staffing and scheduling.
• Maintain international food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure consistently excellent guest services, including all tour groups.
• Control all expenses, including labor, food costs, purchasing, and inventory.
• Prepare an annual budget, working closely with the management team.
• Maintain budgeted revenue while contributing to sales and marketing initiatives.
• Manage the structured STREETS Trainee apprentice program.
• Complete all reports and assignments as a key member of the STREETS management team.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications:
• College/University Graduate or comparable professional Certification (international and/or graduate study preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional supervisory/managerial experience.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to details.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (will be tested in the interview process).
• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (will be tested in the interview process).
Requirements:
• Live in or relocate to Hoi An at the start of employment; a one-time relocation expense provided.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Vietnamese Citizen preferred.
• 100% Non-smokers only.
