Financial Analysis & Planning

• Plan, monitor, and analyze financial performance, budgets, cash flow, COGS, and actual vs. budget.
• Prepare financial analysis reports and support loan-related documentation.

Accounting Operations

• Manage AR/AP reports, payment processes, vouchers, and supplier reconciliations.
• Monitor cash funds and bank deposits; prepare related reports.

Inventory, Assets & Tax

• Monitor inventory (materials and finished goods).
• Manage fixed assets, tools, and depreciation.
• Prepare VAT declarations, tax refund dossiers, and other related taxes.
• Work with tax authorities during inspections and audits.

Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Chief Accountant.

• Female/Male, 32-45 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance; manufacturing background required.
• Mandatory experience in both financial analysis and accounting.
• Experience with tax authorities, VAT declaration, and tax refund.
• Experience with IFRS reporting (mainly IFRS 16).
• Fluent English; Chinese is an advantage.
