Việc làm Hồ Chí Minh- Talking to expat and local Vietnamese clients to determine their expenses, income, existing policies, financial objectives, risk tolerance, or other information needed to develop a financial plan.
- Answering client questions about insurance and investment plans and strategies and giving advice.
- Advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, savings plans, investment platforms, cash management, and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.
- Reviewing client accounts and plans on a regular basis, update investment clients on a quarterly basis,
analysing information and preparing plans best suited to individual clients' requirements.
- Researching the marketplace and providing clients with information on new and existing products and services.
assisting clients to make informed decisions.
- Join internal and external product and provider training to stay up to date on the latest going on in the insurance and financial services industry.
- Preparing proposals for clients based on what their primary product interests are, and also introducing complementary products that further help them achieve and protect themselves.
- Managing and updating opportunities for clients and prospects in our CRM system.
- Re-engaging existing contacts to check-in with them and offer services.
- Contacting clients regularly to discover changes in their financial status, plans and more.
- Building, maintaining and growing your client base.
- 2+ year of experience in client facing, sales or advisory role in the financial services, insurance or banking industry
- Degrees in finance, insurance, banking, accountancy or other relevant business disciplines
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- The capability to explain complex information simply and clearly
- Research and analytical skills
- Negotiation and influencing skills as well as determination and tenacity
- Time management skills
- Self-motivation, drive to succeed, winner's mentality
- Ability to work independently and grow your client portfolio
- An ethical and professional approach to work, putting client needs above all else
