Support in end-to-end planning for export dispatches of the company, consigned to SEA region and other new markets in Africa, and Middle East regions;
Follow production schedule, conduct stock allocation to ensure stock availability for loading plan at warehouse;
Prepare shipping documents, work with shipping agent and customers to ensure all shipping docs meet customer's requirements;
Support other admin tasks and reports

Be a student at the end of the third or fourth year, major in Foreign Trade/Logistics
Good command of English, both spoken and written;
Attention to details and proactivitity; integrity
Organizational and multi-tasking skills;
Ability to work under pressure
