Executive (FACT- SAP)

• Be responsible for sales process - order to cash – including:

- Manage customer master data

- Control billing document procedures within timeline as per procedure between FACT team & Operation team.

- Control high-quality of database in system for accounting reporting, profitability analysis & profit centre accounting.

- Client Invoicing. Timely and accurate invoices to clients.

• Be responsible for purchasing process including control purchasing master data, conditions, purchasing orders, good receipt and invoice receipt:

- Creation and amendments of purchase orders. All purchase orders are updated with the correct vendor as well as costs.

- Workflow handling of unmatched purchase orders to supplier invoices. Workflow errors are resolved in a timely manner.

• Be responsible for FACT performance reports and weekly discrepancy reports on a weekly and monthly basis with a high accuracy level.
• Contact and communicate about SAP incident to Service Desk and other country offices to discover solution for cases of SAP system error.
• Other assignments and projects assigned by FACT team-Assistant manager.
