• Machine Maintenance & Optimization:

  • Oversee industrial machines' maintenance, repair, and servicing to ensure optimal performance.

  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

  • Monitor and improve the efficiency of sewing machines, reducing defects and increasing productivity.

• Team Leadership & Training:

  • Lead and manage a team of mechanics and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring effective execution.

  • Provide technical training and skill development programs for the maintenance team.

  • Foster a proactive and solution-oriented culture within the team.

• Spare Parts & Equipment Management:

  • Maintain an inventory of spare parts and consumables for sewing machines.

  • Ensure timely procurement of necessary tools and replacement parts to avoid production delays.

  • Work with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality components at cost-effective rates.

• Continuous Improvement & Compliance:

  • Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and longevity of sewing equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve recurring mechanical issues.

• Male; Under 45 years old.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in machine maintenance within the garment or textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial sewing machines.
• Expertise in mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process optimization.
• Leadership & Management: Proven ability to manage technical teams and implement structured maintenance programs.
• Language: Good atEnglish.
