Địa điểm làm việc
- Deliver business KPIs (sales volume, margin contribution targets, market share, 4S, forecast bias).
- Scope of business: individual key account (assigned by Key Account Manager)
- Managing the operation process about sale campaign, promotion, image and pricing.
- Working with partner/ co-worker to optimize promotion, ensure maximum visibility for best campaign delivery.
- Plan and execute campaign/promotion on assigned platform as well as sales plan and schedule yearly, quarterly & monthly.
- Work with EMKT team for onsite merchandising, content.
- Negotiate with platform for visibility slot and funding support.
- Support CRM team to solve problem/complaints of customers raised via platform.
- Listing SKU on platform, monitor and improve visual merchandising/content/brand assets on platform.
- Conduct in-dept analysis of channel conversion, pageview, sales performance to measure effectiveness of promotion schemes, take action to achieve sales target.
- Do market research and observe activities of competitors to track competitiveness.
- Keep track CR and platform report to make sure sale in and sale out consistent.
- Oversee KPIs of brand on platform and work with related team to improve KPIs.
- Assist Key Account Manager to develop and execute customer business plan.
- Ensure effective operation/ execution management.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Education: Bachelors of Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Experience: at least 01 year of experience in Ecommerce or FMCG industry, especially Mother & Babies and Food & Beverages
- Ecommerce background comes from Platforms or Ecommerce Enabler or Brand owners
- Effective at communication, planning and execution, building trust and customer focus are key successful factors to perform the job
- Advance computer skills in: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Hardworking, able to work under high pressure to meet deadlines
- Able to work well in a team as well as individually
- Possesses high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
- Result-oriented, Customer-centric, Data-driven, Fact-based action
