    Mô tả công việc

    1. Outbound 
    - Receive booking request from customers/overseas agents
    - Contact customers / overseas agents to get all necessary informations
    - Contact customers / overseas agents to inform schedule & get shipping confirmation
    - Make a booking with airlines/ shipping lines
    - Send the confirmed booking to Customer/ Overseas agent 
    - Input and update all required data such as costing and selling based on red invoice, receipt,… into system 
    - Issue the shipping document & debit note and provide it to customer/ overseas agent
    - Send pre-alert on time
    - Solve problems with the carrier/ overseas agents/ customers
    - Monitor the cargo status until cargo arrive at final destinations.
    - Solve problems with airlines, carriers, oversea agents, customers.
    - Make payment for shipment to carrier/ forwarder
    - Report especial cases/ troubles and working result to OP manager.
    - Coordinate with other departments to ensure work is performed in accordance with requirements.

    2. Inbound 
    - Receive pre-alerts from Overseas agents
    - Submit manifest on time
    - Send arrival notice to customers
    - Follow up vessel’s sailing, ETA, support customers for picking up D/O and picking up cargo 
    - Solve problems and additional issues with carries/ overseas agents/customers in order to improve service delivery standards and minimize cost
    - Issue daily report to manager 
    - Report especial cases/ troubles and working results to OP manager.
    - Coordinate with other departments to ensure work is performed in accordance with requirements
    - Solve any occurring problems for delivery, checking and inspecting at port if any loss, mistaken delivery and control shipments which customer have not yet picked up D/O for a long time to give timely solutions.

    Yêu cầu công việc

    - Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic, Marine…
    - At least 1 years of working experience in this position
    - Good at 04 skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) in English
    - Skillful using office software
    - Good customer service skill/Active & hard-working.
    - Good health and work under high pressure.
