Mô tả công việc

- To ensure smooth and efficient running of Human Resources Department
- To assist the Hotel Management in forming personnel related strategies and executing the approved strategies,
- To observe the performance of Hotel's associates in all Departments, consults the HM and take initiatives in maximizing associates' performance, improving service quality and guest satisfaction
- To be the Hotel's ambassador in terms of its Core Values and ensure their practice at workplace

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Legal or business administration
- 5 year experience in the same position at 5 star chain hotels
- Strong decision maker and people management
- Mastering and strong knowledge in labor laws, legal application, and common practices in human resources management
- Expert in planning, budgeting and cost controlling
