Mô tả công việc:

Summary :

  • The Digital manager will lead and execute with the team all digital plans with excellence.
  • In this role, you shall own the optimization, buying and post buy accountability of all digital PPC channels (Display, Search, Mobile and Social) and deliver on client’s KPIs. You shall be proactively involved in any company wide teams or initiatives as appropriate to the role.

Responsibilities :

1. To develop optimization and buying strategies/ plans for clients’ brands namely in:

  • Objective setting
  • Optimization and Buying
  • Post campaign tracking
  • Create work flow for optimization

2. Focus on performance optimization of pay per click campaigns (SEM, GDN, Facebook Ads and other digital networks)

3. Managing and optimizing digital campaigns of clients

4. Perform competitive digital analysis with identification of action-oriented insights

5. To work with cross functional units including Planning/Trading to:

  • Collaborate in the development of implementation plans
  • Liaise with them regarding any issues on on-going basis

6. Any other duties as reasonably requested by senior management.

Job Requirements :

  • Must have 3 or more years of working knowledge and experience in digital media execution and optimization,
  •  You should be currently in a junior manager or manager level.
  • Able to develop a good rapport with media owners, creative agencies and colleagues.
  • Ability to quickly develop strong understanding of client’s business, their products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives & needs, competitors and sales.
  • Have deep understanding and ability to leverage opportunities from major digital publishers ie.Google, Facebook, local publishers and social suppliers.
  • Well verse in trading fundamentals ie.,approximate costs, audience delivery, strengths and weaknesses of each channel
  • Well verse in key digital tools like Google Analytics, Comscore, Mediamind, and other ad serving platforms.
  • Manage workload, timings, and deadlines to ensure that the high quality of the work is delivered.
  • Will be expected to manage 1 or many digital executives’ work and development.

Qualifications / Skills :

  • Bachelor Degree in Mathematics or Statistics preferred.
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese is a must.
  • Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills.
  • Have good communication and presentation skills.
  • Willing to learn, thrive in a fast paced environment and have a can-do attitude.
  • Team player.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
