- Develop and expendB2B business: Horeca, restaurant stores, milk tea, coffee shop, bakery stores…;
- Find, approach and develop new customers monthly & maintain and encourage existing customers buying more products, more brand to maximize the sales.
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers.
- Representing our company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Market research
- Cooperating with other departments (Commercial, Warehouse & Transportation, Quality Assurance) for supporting of price, delivery, quality certificates...
- Recording sales and order information and sending copies to Customer Service, entering figures into a computer system
- Weekly and monthly customer’s report
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate in Economic, Business Administration, Business Management
- 2 - 5 years working experience in sales, ideally in Food service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Motivation and ambition to succeed
- Good level of English spoken and written
