    Mô tả công việc

    1) Working with customers to handle requests for testing services as assigned by superiors.
    a) Consulting Customer issues related to testing services ( selection test program consistent ; procedures for sample preparation , sample application, test package quote ; paid time test results )
    b) Get to the sampling requirements from customers and arrange for timely delivery
    c) For assigned customers: Prepare sample, Test request form per customer’s request, ensure the preparation comply to lab’s requirement and cause no hold in lab
    For un-assigned customers: Receive requests from customers to try samples nghiemcung , preliminary assessment the validity of the order before moving on to the sample -receiving parts
    d) Preparation of samples after testing , arrange returns for clients if required .
    e) To provide guidance to the reader to understand technical information , results and overall assessment separately in the report
    f) Resolve customer complaints arising in the delivery process model ( late / missing ) , the testing process , after the release of reports and invoices
    2) Coordinate with other departments during order processing :
    a) Regularly updated information , new requirements from customers ( contract or no contract with Bureau Veritas ) to assist other departments to comply with the procedures for testing program has been defined , avoid errors due to lack of information
    b) Customer Contact supplement form , missing information requested from the department sample test , lab reports and group released to fulfill orders on time
    c) Support other departments with customer contact , technical support , process group to examine some unclear information about programs related to orders
    d) Inform the customer of the problem ( if any) affect the test process immediately after receiving information from the laboratory
    e) Coordinate with the involved parts order processing to find the root cause and how to fix it when there are legitimate complaints from customers
    f) Support department publishes contact the Program Manager for approval to edit the wrong information in the report was submitted .
    g) To coordinate with technical staff to propose ways to improve the product / customer nghiemcho test results if required
    h) Contact customers additional information needed to support the Accounting department proper invoices
    i) Support the Accounning department to work with the customer to delay payment of invoices paid faster
    j) Recognition of decisions for clients preferential rates from the top , move the Accounting department store in the pricing system
    3) Maintaining and developing relationships with assigned customers
    a) Coordinate with Sales department to visit, gather information , maintain good relations with existing customers and establishing relationships with a number of new customers
    b) Record feedback from customers to take charge of the new strategy to improve service quality , increase numbers of customer and revenue
    c) Transfer requests from discount to VIP customers superior consideration to price match policy
    4) Implement training for other staff as required depending on the level of ability
    5) Make some other suitable work as directed by superiors (eg gathering information to support the purchasing department of a large customer , job support when members leave , absent ... . )
