Responsibilities will include:
- Sales Planning & Team Management: Plans weekly client visits, reviews team itineraries, and oversees sales operations for assigned accounts.
- Supplier & Client Development: Sources new suppliers to meet client project needs and supports clients in product innovation and market competitiveness.
- Team Coordination & Review: Leads weekly sales team reviews covering pricing, product development, samples, technical needs, and market competition.
- Client Relationship Management: Visits clients regularly, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives additional sales opportunities.
- Quotations & Documentation: Works with ABM and Sales Coordinator to manage quotations, samples, delivery, payment terms, and client preferences.
- Reporting: Prepares weekly and quarterly reports covering sales, market insights, visit outcomes, sample requests, and SWOT analysis.
- Order & Payment Monitoring: Tracks L/C deadlines, shipment statuses, and assists the Credit & Collection team with client payments.
- Strategy & Productivity: Provides ideas to improve sales effectiveness, team performance, and industry alignment.
- Forecasting & Trend Monitoring: Prepares annual sales forecasts and stays updated on relevant national/international industry trends and regulations.
- Other Duties: Performs tasks assigned by the ABM or company leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of BS in Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineer, Organic Chemical, Business Administration or similar course.
2. Sales experience: 3 – 6 years of experience in B2B sales, make up, facial care, perfume, personal care & cosmetic, industrial chemicals or related sectors.
3. High proficiency in both written and oral English.

2. Meticulous, energetic, systematic, self-driven, and able to work with minimum supervision.
3. Facility to report regularly to superiors without prodding.
4. Computer literate in Windows environment.
5. Capability/potential for acquiring higher responsibilities.
