Việc làm Hồ Chí MinhHandle customer request:
- Responds to customer request sent to office, telephone, fax, mail, (visit)
- Call the customer to confirm the information about the order
- Receive and handle customer requests for Nespresso products and services via phone, email, and other channels.
- Receive and process enquiries from customer on the complaint and warranty.
- Consult the product information, inquiries and guide customers to order steps.
- Gather information, feedback from customers during the support process.
- Able to identify customers’ needs and advises them depending on their request or transfers the call to the right person
- Proactively initiates contact with targeted accounts to propose products & support sales
- Guaranties customer satisfaction handling professionally their request (proper phone etiquette, make sure all request are being treated on time)
- Produces reports accurately and on time in order to minimize mistakes and delays
Handles administrative tasks:
- Records all customer request for reference by using the tools provided
- Records unfulfilled customer orders, customer complaints, and reports them to relevant parties
- Bachelor’s degree major in Business Administration, Customer Service, Foreign Language or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, prefer candidates have experience in Coffee machine and horeca channel
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (Vietnamese and English) with strong listening, problem solving and greeting attitude.
- Having knowledge, understanding of e-commerce is an advantage.
- The voice is clear, easy to hear, friendly, polite. Good reading and writing skills.
- Great interpersonal skills and teamwork oriented: interact effectively with all levels and function as an effective team member
- Dynamic, good ethics, enthusiasm, professionalism, positive, meticulous and work in a "can-do" attitude.
