[Đà Nẵng] IT Recruiter Leader

- Identify the recruitment needs & make recruitment plans & strategies ( monthly, quarterly)
- Managing the interview, assessment, and shortlisting processes
- Build, broaden IT network & sourcing candidates for recruiting positions
- Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
- Other activities for employer branding purpose
- Organize and coordinate company events
- Consult directly with HR manager

* Must have:
- Major in Business Management/Human Resource Management/Economic/ Foreign Languages,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in IT companies,
- Prossessing a large database and a wide network in the IT field,
- Strong knowledge of recruitment process and interviewing techniques,
- Solid knowledge of IT services and the labor market,
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation, motivational and communication skills,
- Good job assignment skills,
- Positive thinking & results oriented with logical thinking,
- Good communication in English or Japanese.

■Working time : 8:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday), Days Off: Saturday – Sunday and holidays, Tet in accordance with Vietnam Labor Law

■Salary: 1000$ gross (can nego)
