Customer Service Engineer - Up To 10 - 18M Gross (Hanoi) (25202)

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide after-sales service including hardware/software installation, commissioning, and on-site training for
customers.
• Handle routine and emergency maintenance in a timely manner.
• Advise customers on the proper operation of machines.
• Provide on-site training to customers or internal customers as a product-specific technical expert.
• Maintain quality work consistent with committed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Establish and maintain good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Learn about products and services, and stay updated with the latest changes.
• Report to Service Manager on all technical activities.
• Perform other technical related activities.

• Graduated from College/University majoring in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Automation Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the photocopier/printer/printing industry or related field.
• Experience in providing hardware and software services, maintenance and consulting.

• Ability to communicate in English at a basic level (equivalent to B).
• Experience in industrial laser printing is an advantage. [PREFER]
