- Custodian of customer database with specific responsibility for management and periodic maintenance of customer data to ensure data integrity/ security in accordance with company policies.
- Perform data mining and customer value analysis to deliver customer insights as per request of other deparments.
- Organize & manage customer surveys to collect customer insights on CRM-related topics; Identify key trends and criteria that influence customer behaviour & loyalty and make recommendations.
- Perform customer profiling & segmentation for each Maison brands in order to optimize CRM/MKT activities; participate in buiding customer journeys.
- Work closely with Marketing department in setting up and monitorning customer communication across all channels
- Work closely with IT department to develop and optimize Customer Data Management system; participate in designing and execute processes & procedures for Customer Data Management.
- Assist in developing and implementing omni-chanel CRM programs in order to build customers’ loyalty & drive consumption.
- General administrative tasks and team support
- Graduated from College or above related majors.
- At least 2 years experience in the same position.
- Good at English.
