- Be a Supply Chain ambassador for FCV, B2B and the Key account customers
- Drive success of On Shelf Availability, On Shelf Freshness and Stock Availability to deliver excellence service level.
- Highlight the business opportunities for both FCV and the customer, in creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation
- Drive all other Supply Chain Customer efficiency initiatives e.g. Order automation sustainability, Cost to serve, Collaborative Planning, e-commerce etc...
Job Responsibilities
- To build key customer relationships that will drive customer service excellence for both FCV and the customer
- Ensure availability of products by ensuring a Perfect Order Cycle with the customer:
Monitor KPIs that support perfect Order Cycle and provide analysis
Solve root causes of failures throughout the Order to Cash (O2C) End to End (E2E) process with the customer
Develop joint projects and activities to close the GAP (Inventory replenishment, master data etc..)
- To be the main contact that drive the interface with Customer Supply Chain teams, managing joint initiatives across the Order-to-Cash process
- Drive cross-functional alignment:
In partnership with Sales and SC, define and lead common customer strategy
Be the coordinator of cross-functional teams from concept creation to final delivery
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Education: University degree
- Experience: At least 3-4 of years of relevant experience.
- Skills:
Strong negotiation skills with noble understanding of trade-off management, opportunity costs and benefits
Clear and effective communication skills that will build strong customer relationships
Ability to manage change in the workplace and implement improvement projects through a structured process
Good leadership skills to drive internal to deliver best customer service
Strive for continuous improvement and innovation; promoting positive attitude and work ethics both in the organization and during customer facing collaborations
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
