- Generating daily reports.
- Following up with outstanding issues. Handling daily complaints.
- Attending to daily meeting. Coordinating to solve issues inter-departments. Providing reply to customer regarding the issues.
- Assisting the customer.
- Maintaining appropriate relationship with customers and with other departments.
- Maintaining, improving good working environment within the departments, and organization.
- Arranging customer events, internal events, as well as other corporate activities as required.
- Other arrangement related to customer.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2 years in Service/Manufacturing Industry.
- Corporate customer service experience is preferable.
- Execellent English (essential)
