Mô tả công việc:

- Manage new class openings with input from Education Consultants, Center Manager and Head Teacher
- Follow, update, and report on students’ learning progress to parents
- Act as contact point for parents and teachers in communicating students’ learning progress
- Oversee, track and resolve issues related to class operations and requests from customers – parents and students
- Provide assistance to Teachers, Head Teacher and Education Consultant  teams as necessary
- Coordinate and facilitate Midterm/Final/Retest/Make-up Tests
- Develop strong relationships with parents and students base on trust
- Take excellent care of parents and students  and provide excellent follow-up service to maximize referral and renewal opportunities
- Take ownership of customer requests and complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to promptly resolve with a win-win approach 
- Show empathy, passion and commitment to ensure students reach their educational goals
- Identify opportunities for center improvement, work process improvement and service delivery to customers
- Uphold company values and ethics and strictly follow company policies and management directives
- Share Best Practices with other staff members and fellow centers
Perform tasks as assigned by Center Manager and Course Coordinator Manager
- Assist other centers and YOLA staff as needed

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Good command of both Vietnamese and English
- At least 1 year’s work experience. Strong preference is given to individuals with customer-facing experience in education and/or service industry and strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service mindset, results-driven and striving for work excellence
- Results-driven with determination to achieve KPIs
- Excellent with record-keeping, administration and accuracy in data entry
- High moral ethics and professional workplace behavior
- Clean and tidy in appearance and has high grooming standard
- Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, planning and proactive problem-solving skills
- Good PC skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
