Corporate Learning Officer

System administration

· Work with Project team to build and maintain E-learning platforms.

· Control key functions of the system including user management, role decentralization, data management, course management, learning progress tracking, examination management, reporting, communication, etc…

Design & development training programs

a) E-Learning

· Identify gaps and develop necessary E-learning programs or computer-based virtual courses.

· Provide advice, E-learning expertise or training to support the effective use of training programs.

· Create high quality suite of e-learning materials to suit online and blended learning methodologies

· Work with subject matter experts to identify training objectives, training topics, gather materials and shape courses

· Familiar with designing toolkits (e.g Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud…)

b) Internal Training

· Prepare training materials as topics (e.g orientation, soft skills,…)

· Conduct training program

· Report (Making the training report, Create and analyze the measurement ….)

· Prepare training logistics, coordinate with other functions to prepare the training class

Others

· Support LM with assignments related to CL/ HR projects

• Qualification in e-Learning or Multimedia design or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in LMS & LCMS to develop training programs with thoughtful application of adult learning principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated high-level of computer skills with experience in graphic design software and multimedia authoring tools to successfully develop high quality E-Learning programs.
