- Set up, conduct an English language teaching program for general and department

- Specific English with the support of the Learning and Development Manager and Supervisor/ Manager of departments

- Set up a grading and assessment process to place employees in groups by ability

- Ensure English program meet customer service standard of IHG

- Create and update training data records in the system

- Organize and execute employee activities

- Others duty as management

- Native English speaker

- Be able to compile English training material and deliver the training to adult thoroughly

- Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
