Civil Engineer

- Monitor site and manage daily work progress until site is satisfactorily handover.
- Prepare all necessary submission and deposits to government departments and building owners and landlords.
- Plan and coordinate the logistics arrangement for project built- up and tear down.
- Periodic site supervision and monitoring of project progress.
- Educating and ensuring workers’ awareness and understanding of construction works as well as equipment and tool handling.
- Able to work in a team and coordinate and control all workers and sub- contractors at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawings, specification and project’s time schedule.

- Related field of study preferably in civil engineering/construction management/ construction economic & related education preferred.
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese or English.
- Hands on construction background/ experience in structural set-up will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on furniture, material and finishing work will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel for project operation.
