Evaluate the organisation's current or proposed activities, policies, business practices, and transactions to ensure that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Advise management on all legal matters and the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the organization.
Draft and review contracts, legal documents of company’s operations and in all projects assigned by direct management.
Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive board level to develop and implement an worldwide legal strategy that aligns with the corporate vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
Oversee legal defence actions and represent the group in matters before courts, government agencies, or other authorities in order to protect the organisation's legal and business interests.
Direct contact with the appropriate authorities to conduct the legal proceedings related to business operations of the company as assigned by managers directly
Develop global network of legal partners and manage relationships to ensure the corporate interests are well-represented. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop professional legal staff to ensure that the legal activities across the group are conducted accurately, ethically and according to corporate guidelines.
Prepare materials for external legal counsel and manage these relationships to ensure the organisation's interests are well-represented
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management or Board of Directors.
University Degree in Law
Minimum 3 - 4 years experience in the field of real estate, project legal
Technical and practical skills in legal advisory.
Good communication by English.
Confidence to state an independent point of view and superior influencing skills
Creative and common sense approach to decision-making
