IT SERVICE DESK
- First-level support for IT related issues reported by users in various fields, using eSupport Ticket System.
o Email issue
o Computer hardware problem
o Common computer software problem
o Printers
o Access point
- Contact with supplier/vendor/ISP to make sure the network between sites running smoothly and have backup solution for incident. (BCP)
- Support & training users about basic computer skills & incident guide line for self-solving problem.
IT SYSTEM & NETWORK ADMINISTRATION
SYSTEM
- Manage Hyper-V server 2012
- Manage Mail server: Mail Enable & Ms Exchange 2010
- Manager system servers: DNS, File Server, WSUS, AD, Radius Server, Trend Micro
- Manage Database Server(SQL Server) & Web server (Win 2k8)
- Manage IP Phone system: Elastix, Avaya, PBX Panasonic
- Manage Camera System
- Manage Tape & SAS Backup system.
- Manage SAN system will be deployed in 2015
- Manage inventory of all hardware and software resources
- Creates and maintains technical documentation
- Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, and associated systems
NETWORK
- Manage & maintain Firewall & Cisco router: VPN site-to-site
- Install and maintain all new hardware, systems, and software
- Monitor & maintain LAN & WAN
- Co-work with PAP colleagues to deploy projects of system & network
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource
- Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members
- Provide computer orientation to new company staff
Other duties & responsibilities may be required and/or assigned as necessary
REPORTING LINE: Finance & Human Resources Manager

- AVN all Departments: Channel; Marketing; PM; Logistics; Sales; Services team

- IT vendors

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in installing, set up, supporting and maintaining
• Certifications: MCSA or CCNA (will be advantage)
• Have acknowledged on VMware ESXi, SAN, Cisco Systems, Windows(2008,2012), Hyper-V, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Trend Micro and File sharing, Linux, Astaro Firewall.
• Strong background in TCP/IP network administration
• Have acknowledged on SQL database is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking)
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to work outside normal business hours;
• Ability to learn new IT technology; Self-study, research for solution is a must.
