Mô tả công việc
  1. Support project: Provide PM a basic support for admin tasks, including arrange meeting, consolidate project document, collect signature, prepare logistic, etc.
  2. Take part in resource management and allocation for implementing projects.
  3. Prepare reports on status of project, resource usage and other adhoc report as assignment from team leader and PMO Manager
  4. Check and monitor all projects to be managed under standard processes
  5. Support PM to make sure that all project deliverables will follow standard templates
  6. Check project deliverables and remind PM to complete before deadline
  7. Contact point to communicate project information to related parties
  8. Support PM/ PD as a project coordinator in some projects.
  9. Have ability to do project management for small part in a complex and complicated project under supervision of Project Director or manage a small project.
  10. Study and build tool for project support as assigned of manager.
  11. Support to prepare project documents, investment proposal as assigned of project manager/ functional manager.
  12. Have ability to support language for foreign expert in needs
Yêu cầu công việc

Professional knowledge:

  • Hold a bachelor degree in IT or Business Administration, foreign language.
  • Have appropriate knowledge of IT, banking
  • Have good knowledge with 2-3 years experience in project support. IT Portfolio management or project management is preferred.
  • Good experience in Microsoft tool (excel, ppt, mpp, etc)
  • Sound experience in project cost accounting.
  • Certificate in project management fundamental
  • Good interpersonal skills, management abilities, significant drive and ambition, and ability to execute.
  • English: TOEIC 650  or equivalent
