• Responsible for all administrative aspects of pre and post Sales & Service in CRM.
• Responsible for all administrative aspects of order fulfillment from order receiving to invoicing
• Provide support to Sales & Service team as assigned by the Order Fulfillment Manager to ensure customer orders fulfilled through the process from quotation to invoice.
• Manage and follow up with respective stakeholders for consignment delivery and return orders
• Work closely with Sales & Service team and Logistics providers to ensure best means for on-time delivery
• Perform order/stock reconciliation between customer, vendor & SAP records
• Support and update Sales & Service team on all order related information, deliveries, service scheduling.
• Work closely with the service provider to ensure all customs clearance are cleared and 100% compliance to regu-lations
• Ensuring all processes are in compliance with standard operating procedures
• Maintain a good record of all related transactions for internal/external audit purposes
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in order administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- SAP MM/SD and/or SAP CRM experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Process driven, attention to detail, pragmatic
- Good command of spoken and written English
