Chuyên Gia Ứng Dụng IT (IT Application Specialist)

Understand in depth business needs, provide solutions, prepare functional requirements specifications.
Provide designing, implementing, testing and maintaining IT applications.
Provide hands-on training and post go-live support to users.
Analyze and provide resolutions for problems in the IT applications and related interfaces.
Participate to global IT application implemetation projects.
Test new application releases, functions, patches, hot fixes and support the user acceptance test.
Analyze user request, raise change request and manage the delivery of new application function/ enhancement.
Administer the user accesses and user rights.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or Management Information System.
Microsoft certifications in software development or business intelligence is a plus.
At least 2 years of related experience in IT application development and implemenetation.
Strong development experience using Microsoft .NET Framework, C# and/or VB.NET, ASP.NET, WCF/ Web Services, MS SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Good knowledge of networking and information security
Experience in development and implementation of business intelligence or business process automation solutions is a big plus.
Experience with Microssoft SharePoint technologies (e.g. SharePoint Designer, Windows SharePoint Services, Office SharePoint Server), understanding of SharePoint architecture is an advantage.
