We are looking for a Product Owner who will work closely with our Chief Product Office and will influence company strategy and direction. The purpose of this role is to collaborate with our development team and facilitate the delivery of product features. You will always be focused on ensuring the best possible outcome for customers. You have an opportunity to influence the way we work and to build an innovative practice that can make a real difference.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Help the product team improve and grow the way we work
  • Manage and collaborate on the product runway and roadmap
  • Ensure a steady stream of customer value is being delivered
  • Develop data driven use-cases for new features
  • Ensure there is a healthy backlog of epics and user stories for the development team
  • Monitor and report on the status of development projects
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement in the product and our processes
  • Ensure data is at the centre of all development team practices
  • Participate in customer research to understand customer needs set goals and define measures that align with the company vision
  • Ensure our standards and philosophy are adhered to and improved
  • Share information and educate other teams on how you deliver customer value
  • Be a go-to person and leader in the company for product
  • Become an expert on other products in the market

What are we looking for from you?

  • Experience in a key product role for a software company
  • Experience with agile processes and frequent release cycles
  • Passion for helping teams deliver customer value
  • Experience and ownership of growing a continuous delivery culture
  • Proven ability to work across design and development teams
  • Demonstrated experience shipping 2-3 product or features from idea to customer
  • The ability to groom a backlog based on data that benefits the business and customer
  • A can-do attitude that is entrepreneurial and a belief that no job is too small
  • Strong ability to communicate across teams and bring everyone on our journey
