Mô tả công việc:

1. Business Operations:
- Be in charge of supervising collecting bad debts in the assigned team and performing collection to achieve the set target
- Work and do brainstorm with all fielders for planning and executing useful solutions to deal with bad debts
- Propose & implement training team member to improve collection skills
- Make reports as required timely
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
- Be compliant with all operation risk duties as specified in the company's policy and guidelines
2. Customer service:
- Develop and commit to deliver effective service level agreements (SLAs) with divisions
3. People management:
- Create and joins in a good working enviroment, builds good internal relationship with members for common results
- Ensure personal behavior and those of your team model to show the highest ethical standard

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Bachelor or Master in Finance, Law is required
- Fluent wirtten & verbal English skill is plus
- Good management skills
- Good communication, negotiation & problem solving skills
- Can working independently, promptly, quality, correctly & effectively
- Good management skills
- Proactively participates and completes tasks
- Dynamic, capable of being high teamwork
- Can work overtime and perform under pressure
- Salary: 11.000.000 VND ~ 17.000.000 VND (Gross)

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

1. Working time: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day (able to work overtime as required)
2. Training time and probation (2 months) is entitled to 100% of salary
